Eeek! It’s almost that time -back to school! While summer breaks are filled with fun and plenty of adventures at Charleston Fun Park, it’s time to get ready to put those thinking caps back on.
This year we are participating in the First Day Festival as a drop off location.
First Day Festival is an initiative by the Charleston County School District to celebrate the upcoming school year. At the Festival students and their families receive school supplies, learn about healthy snacks, discover student support and enjoy free activities such as boat rides and aquarium tours.
First Day Festival + Charleston Fun Park = Double the Fun
As part of our commitment to our community, we felt this was a great chance to get involved. But what can we do to make really THAT much better? Beginning July 25th we will be collecting donations for the Festival. Donations of at least $5 worth of school supplies are good for one FREE attraction including Go-Karts, Climbing Wall, Putt-Putt Golf, Mini- Bowling or Jumpland to enjoy that day.* Do you have more than one child? Bring $5 worth of school supplies for each and each child will get an attraction of their choice. It’s that easy! You get a savings of up to $2 per child and the opportunity to teach them about giving back.
That’s right! Bring in $5 worth of school supplies to be donated and get a FREE attraction of your choice!
Offer runs through August 8th. We hope to see you all a few times so that we can gather a surplus of donations.
